     My goal of the Itawamba Sheriff's Office is to provide professional, courteous service efficiently with the citizen's needs being our first priority.
     When I was elected your Sheriff, I made a commitment to the people to be accessable anytime and to work diligently in solving the problems of our citizens.
     My first day on the job was 21 hours long, but I stopped during the day to meet with my entire staff. I told them that our mission was simple in that I expected them to be professionals with a country feel to what they do. I am proud to be an Itawambian and have never forgotten where I'm from and I will reflect a mirror image of the hard working people of this county with how I serve.
     My top three priorities are God, family, and job - in that order. My employees have that same philosophy. They have very stressful jobs. They work many hours, sometimes with no extra pay, but they have the same commitment as I, and that is to serve our county with honor, pride, and integrity.
