Sgt. Angela White
Angela has been in the law enforcement field for 20 years. She spent 8 years as an officer with the Northeast Mississippi Community College, 5 years as the T.A.C. Sergeant for the Lee County Sheriff's Department, and has worked as a reserve officer for various agencies. Angela is a state certified 911 operator by the Mississippi Board of Standards and Training and is a graduate of the "Terminal Agency Coordinator" (T.A.C.) Department of Public Safety, MJIC Division. In April of 2004, she came to work at the Itawamba County Sheriff's Department. In 2007, Angela was honored with the "Larry Lindsey Award" as Dispatcher of the Year for the state of Mississippi. On January 7, 2008, Sheriff Chris Dickinson appointed her to the position of T.A.C. Sergeant of Itawamba County.
